Buy-Proxy.com Administrators will only investigate problems relating to violations where the claims have substantial proof. Violations posted based on "hearsay" or without supporting information will not be investigated. Accepted violation include but are not limited to:

• Violations to our Terms of Use
  
• Member complaints of spam/harassment or interference form other members
  
• Attempts to bypass listing fees for posted Requests
  
• Abuse of an account to defraud another member, this includes offering products or services that are misleading, deceitful or irrelevant to a Request's requirement. Example: Illegal, pornographic, or otherwise unsuitable items being requested.

Members/violations will be dealt with in accordance to the severity of the violation which can range from a warning, temporary suspension or account termination wherein all fees are forfeit.

Please only submit your complaint once. Multiple submissions will only delay investigations.
